Snow Day and Fire Trucks

We got a little bit of snow on Monday and Tuesday. Schools were closed on Tuesday so Avery and I stayed at home and had a snow day. It wasn't bad enough for Jason to stay home too, so he shoveled the drive way and went on to work.

Avery enjoyed supervising Dad shovel the driveway.







It was really cold out so we didn't play too long.



The snow was fun, but the highlight of Avery's week was a visit to the Fire Station. She had the best time! They got a call while we there so we all had to leave really quickly and Avery was not happy at all. She cried "more firetruck" all the way home.

I didn't have my camera but here are a couple that our friends took.

Avery got comfortable in their living room and kept asking to turn on Mickey Mouse.
