We have been noticing that Addi's right eye would cross over towards her nose on occasion. I made an appointment for her to go see a Pediatric Ophthalmologist. She did so good at her appointment and the doctors made her feel comfortable. They gave her stickers and were so sweet to her. She is farsighted and her eye is crossing because she is trying to focus with the good eye. The fix is glasses! It might be something that she would outgrow, but the doctor said to plan on her wearing glasses for a long time.
She has been so good about wearing her glasses. The first afternoon she was home with them on she would just walk around the house looking at everything and laughing. I think she is so happy that she can see!
Addi has started putting words together. She will say "Here you go" or "Be right back." She also had another ear infection this month. I am hoping this is the last one for the winter!!
