Disney World Day 2

We started off our first day at the Magic Kingdom!  We hopped on the monorail and were at the Magic Kingdom ready to go when they opened at 9AM.  The girls were excited about their first day at the park!

We tried to ride the Ariel ride, but it wasn't working.  The line to meet Ariel was short we did that.  Addison wasn't too happy about her tail, and Avery kept asking where her feet were.

Avery and Addison on the teacups!  I think we rode this ride at least 6 times and it was a favorite for everyone.

Avery was so excited to ride a real roller coaster.  She got to ride this twice in a row because no one was in line.  Here she is riding with mom and then dad rode it too.

We rode Dumbo several times too and they both loved it.

We met Daisy, Minnie, Donald and Goofy in their new Fantasy Land spots.

On the way to lunch we ran into the Move it, Shake it Street Party.  Avery was tired and hungry so she stayed in her stroller, but Addi wanted out and had fun dancing!  They wanted stuffed Donald Ducks after we met Donald and neither of them put theirs down for the rest of the day!

We ate lunch at Crystal Palace and got to meet all the Winnie the Pooh Characters.

I think Tigger was Avery's favorite.

The line to meet the princesses was short so we did that after lunch. Addison was getting tired by this time and wasn't too interested. We saw Rupunzel, Cinderella, and Aurora.

No one was in line to meet Mickey Mouse so we saw him too.  Since no one was in line, we stayed and talked to Mickey for at least 5 minutes.  The girls loved it!  I didn't get a good picture of the 4 of us on my camera, but have one from the Disney Photographer.

Addison had her first haircut scheduled for 2:30, but she was getting really tired.  We stopped by the Barber Shop on Main Street to check if they could see her early and they could right then.  She sat so still and played with her Mickey stickers the entire time!

The back of her ears say "First Haircut" and she got a cute certificate.  I think she enjoyed her first haircut at Disney World!

We headed back to the hotel for naps after the haircut.

After everyone rested, we came back to the Magic Kingdom for a few more hours.  We rode more rides and Avery, Addison, and Daddy danced at the Tomorrowland Dance Party for at least 30 minutes while Mom rode Space Mountain.

The girls had the best time dancing and Avery got to dance with Pluto and Addison danced with Stitch!

The girls loved the Buzz Light year ride too!  They had fun shooting at things and spinning the car around.
